Great year @ VB
My small 525 sq ft apartment was adequate and priced right. The building was very quiet the entire year. Maintenance responded promptly to requests. The location was great! It's about 20 minutes to downtown Cincinnati, 1 minute from "olde" Milford, and 5 minutes from Walmart, Target, movie theater on Milford Parkway.

I probably would have upgraded to a larger apartment had I stayed longer than a year.

Amazing 2 bedroom
We have been looking all over the Milford and Loveland area for a good clean apartment for a good price and we found one here at Valley Brook. It's huge, love the walk in closets and it has an extra 1/2 bath. Places in Loveland that were not half as nice were wanting $50 or more and they didn't even have dishwashers, patio/balconies or a 1/2 bath! We applied that day and are moving in August. The school district is rated excellent as well.

Valleybrook Apartments
I looked at a 2 bedroom apartment yesterday. I especially liked that it has an extra 1/2 bath in the master bedroom and that it has central air conditioning. The manager, Margie, told me they are in the process of updating the laundry rooms and doing some outside painting. I rented the apartment on the spot and will be moving within the next two weeks.

Looked at a 1 bedroom apartment yesterday. Good size, clean, more than enough storage space. I hope there is something still available next month when I am ready to move.
